Ed and Wendy King and Partyline on KDKA Radio

It is hard to believe it  has been 40 years since Ed King died and Party Line the radio show he co-hosted with his wife Wendy signed off of KDKA radio in Pittsburgh. Party Line was a favorite of mine; I would fall asleep listening to it most nights. The conversation was pleasant not like modern talk-radio which to me is studio wrestling with words. Ed was brilliant he seemed to know just about everything. Of course, their callers filled in any gaps. Here are some links to remember Ed and Wendy.
